Long ago there lived a family near a big forest where wild animals roamed and little children could easily get lost. One day when Pa and Ma Whitcher left for Summit, little Sarah wandered into the great forest and became lost. Many people searched all through the woods and mountains for her. What would become of Sarah? Would Pa and Ma ever see her alive again? Includes full page illustrations. Based on an actual happening.
